I got my hair done 2 weeks ago my hair is falling out she left dye in way to long spend most of there time on there phones and swearing should be shut down !!!!!

Absolutely terrible. The girl there named Crystal has no idea what she's doing I don't think... went in there and asked to put in blonde highlights into my brown hair. It came out grey loooking and the nastiest colour. She didn't even put something in my hair t make it feel nice, it was soooo dry. All for 180 and it was a complete rip off. They wouldn't give me a refund or a free fix. Worst hair salon I have ever been to. All the workers do there as well is stand around and talk shit about their employees and customers. Do NOT recommend.

Terrible hair salon! I had only requested a gloss treatment and they ended up bleaching my hair practically! Not to mention it was more expensive. I had it repaired elsewhere (at a discounted price and short notice) and I had returned to this place for a refund. Owner was not delivering despite that she was present and saw the damage. She gave me store credit only (for service only) with an expiry date! Very poor and expensive experience. Never returning.
